The studio offers small group Pilates Reformer, Mat, Mixed Equipment, Barre, Paddle Board Pilates, workshops and events.
Group classes do not cater to individuals needing specific exercises for rehabilitation. Please book a private 1:1 for this service.

BREATHE | MOVE | INSPIRE
Pilates Reformer curious, but never tried? The reformer assist and challenges your muscles, helps correct any fault movement patterns, improves flexibility/mobility and posture, increases body awareness and improves bone density. Plus they are super fun!
All levels are welcome for this whole body workout class, however, prior movement experience is recommended. Exercises focus on core strength, muscle toning and flexibility. This class is designed to work clients at multiple levels allowing individuals to stick with exercises suited for their abilities.
Barre Pilates (sometimes called “Barre Fusion”) introduces signature moves that are informed by ballet conditioning and dance movements. Isometric contractions, where we hold the body in challenging poses such as Plank or single-leg balances, are ideal, functional moves for men and women, at every age.
Paddle Board Pilates
Held during the summer months every Saturday from 9am-10:30am. Location will be emailed 24-hours in advance once you have booked. If you need a paddle board, let us know and we can help arrange a rental for you. Another way to challenge yourself while having fun!
