Why reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates improves strength, flexibility, posture and body awareness in a controlled environment with adjustable resistance, making it suitable for all fitness levels and goals, including recovery and injury prevention. By training muscles both concentrically and eccentrically, it enhances performance, balance and resilience from the inside out. Our classes combine core work, cardio bursts, props and weights to keep you challenged, engaged, and motivated!

Get a taste of what Pilates can offer and start your journey here. Perfect if you’ve never used a reformer and if you’re new to Pilates.
FOUNDATION REFORMER FOR BEGINNERS & RETURNERS
Learn and practice the foundational principles of Pilates in these group classes. Alignment, coordination and mind-body connection are explored as you build strength and flexibility.
FLOW REFORMER FOR INTERMEDIATES
For those with a consistent practice of Pilates and familiarity with the exercises. Efficiency of movement and mobility in all planes are further explored and enhanced in these group classes.
DYNAMIC REFORMER FOR THE ADVANCED
Increased concentration and control are required for these more complex and dynamic classes designed to improve strength, endurance and neuromuscular coordination.
PRIVATE CLASSES FOR INDIVIDUALS, COUPLES OR GROUPS
Work on personal goals at your own pace, stay motivated with family and friends while still receiving personalised guidance tailored to your needs.
PRE/POST NATAL CLASSES FOR MUMS
Connect with other mums on a similar journey as you discover the importance of breath work and learn to strengthen your pelvic floor, core and gluteal muscles.

Mat Pilates

MAT PILATES IN THE STUDIO OR ON LOCATION
Whether in our studio or at your corporate event, hen’s do or weekend getaway, our Pilates mat classes improve core strength, flexibility and posture through controlled, low-impact movements. Sessions cater to all levels, with prior movement experience recommended.

Mixed Equipment
Guided Independent Practice
Unlike traditional instructor-led classes, these small groups allow you to flow independently through exercises on various Pilates equipment while working on your tailored fitness or rehab programme. An Instructor is present to assist. Attend 1-3 private sessions before joining.

Intro to Pilates
During this 4 week course you’ll learn the principles and fundamentals of Pilates with a focus on breathing, alignment and how to optimise your movement on the mat and the reformer.

YIN YOGA
A little self-care goes a long way. Enjoy the gentle yoga with longer holds in this soothing class. Wear comfortable clothes and bring your blanket to keep it cosy.
ASHTANGA YOGA
A dynamic and flowing form of yoga that involves a set series of postures while synchronising breath with movement.
BARRE
Combining elements of ballet, Pilates and strength training, this energising class focuses on toning your legs, glutes and core while improving posture and flexibility.
